About Sheila

I've been a full-time REALTOR® since 2011 — fifteen years in real estate, including six and a half licensed in Alaska. I work with families across Jackson and Lenawee counties, including Brooklyn and the Irish Hills. I moved many times as a child and as an adult. Those moves are the reason I'm good at this work: I know what the process actually feels like from the inside. Whether you're relocating across town or across the country, I focus on every detail from the first conversation to the final destination. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), the work I care about most is helping people and families through downsizing and changing life circumstances. If you're feeling overwhelmed and not sure what the first step is — or the next one — we'll take it one step at a time. Emptying a house you've lived in for forty years is a far bigger job than most families expect, and it isn't one you should take on alone. I'll help you build a realistic timeline, sort out what has to happen in what order, and bring in the right people for the heavy lifting — estate sale companies, senior move managers, cleanout crews, contractors. I know who does good work here and who to avoid. And if you don't have family nearby to lean on, say so. We'll figure it out together.
