WOW! If I could give 100 stars I would. Sheila went above and beyond to make my first-time home buying process, easy as possible! She was always accommodating with my schedule (even on weekends, as I know she has a family) and extremely knowledgeable about each house/how the process works. The best part, she genuinely cared about my purchase and did not just want to sell me something to get a buck. She explained the pros/cons on each house and was very straight-forward when she viewed a home as not the best investment. I definitely appreciated that! I met Sheila when I found out I was relocating from Phoenix to Tampa for work. I initially had inquired about looking at some rentals until I could get to know the community before purchasing a home. The rental market in Tampa was quite different than in Phoenix and I found out quickly that renting a nice home would be tough, so I signed a 1 year lease at an apartment complex. Sheila never gave up looking for my house even though I didn't have much time to look or even respond to half of the homes she sent me due to a new and busy work schedule. Sheila stood the test of time and when I shifted my search to another location, she was 100% on board and on day one in the new location, found my forever Florida home.
