I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. I wasn’t even sure if I was ready to take that step in becoming a homeowner. The amount of effort and time Sheena put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. She was always available to provide me with the information that I needed and not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the right questions I should be asking. I started the process late November of 2021 and I was in my very own HOME January of 2022. The process didn’t take long at all and I owe it all to my realtor, Sheena. I would strongly recommend Sheena Williams to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her service is top tier.

I had a great experience with Sheena Williams as my Realtor. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. I was able to communicate with her multiple ways(text, email, phone calls, and in person) because of my work schedule. She was very flexible with the times to meet to look at houses. Honestly, we are so glad to have been able to work with Sheena. She was determined to help us find a home. She answered all our questions and got back to us quickly whenever we contacted her. She was wonderful in finding listings in our area and even letting us look around and let her know if we found anything of interest. She gave us plenty of advice in terms of making offers and what to do after our offer was accepted. I've been recommending her to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling and would gladly work with her again if we ever need to.
