Sheba inspected the house and gave great guidelines on things to change so the house would show better. Professionally laid out timelines and property values we could expect. Always stayed in contact during the process. Very helpful in evaluating the offers. Of course we received multiple offer with several above asking price in just four days. Her major concern was us, the client, even making sure we had a place to move into before we closed. Sheba and her team out preform all our expectations. Sheba was our third agent that we utilized in the house hunting process. Our prior agents weren’t assertive enough for us to secure a property. They failed to provide details and info which we weren’t aware could be provided prior to us meeting Sheba. She listened to our “wish list” and that’s what she set out to find. She secured our property agreement the very same day that we met her! One day! We had spent over a month spinning our wheels, and she got IT DONE IN A SINGLE DAY!
