I cannot possibly rave enough on Sheana, she is a ROCKSTAR! Our situation was already stressful due to circumstances out of our control. We reached out on a Saturday about a property, got our approval and began looking into other properties due to the initial one going under contract. We went a looked at our home on a Wednesday and were under contract that Thursday (December 19, 2024). Everything seemed smooth, until the mortgage lender turned it into a nightmare. BUT Sheana fought for us and beside us every step of the way. Every question or concern she answered for us or went out of her way to find out what was going on. This was our first time buying a home and to be honest we were clueless. I don't think I would have made it through this process if it wasn't for her by our side. We were able to close just a little after a month of going under contract due to the ice storm in January 2025. We didn't just have a realtor, we gained a friend! And we are forever thankful that she was so patient with us.
