Shea just helped me buy my first home and the process was so much easier than I thought it would be! I can't recommend her enough! The process was really fast, she was very responsive to all of our emails and texts and I never felt like we had to wait to hear back from her. We found our house within just a few weeks of looking. I never felt rushed, she let us set the pace. Shea was patient and answered all of our questions and explained all of the details to first time home buyers. She took us to look at lots of different houses and helped us narrow down exactly what we were looking for. She was proactive once she knew some details of what we wanted and sent us lots of listings to look at. Shea also had a really good instinct and a clear knowledge of this market. She knew how much a house would go for over listing, how long something would be on the market, even how much life a roof had in it, lots of details about home value and neighborhoods. I just felt like she knew exactly what to do. We had an excellent first experience with Shea and trust her completely. We love our house and feel like we got a great deal on it. It was a quick search to find was I was looking for. But she was always responsive and helpful! She obviously knows the market, and anticipated sewage issues, which an inspection revealed and the buyer repaired. Overall, very impressed.
I have purchased four homes in my lifetime, each as a primary residence. I have never worked with a better agent than Shea. From the first time we spoke she completely understood what I was seeking. More significantly, she was able to use my home desires to independently establish a hierarchy of the features I wanted in a home and use that to locate a home that truly was a perfect fit. I hadn't appreciated what was most important to me in a home and what was, in fact, least important to me until Shea herself ranked the features I was looking for and found me the home that I have purchased. Five stars are not enough to fully recomend Shea.
