Shea did everything possible to sell our home @ it sold!! We had a home that was challenging to sell and yet she stuck it out with us even though we live halfway across the country. She did much marketing and networking to get potential buyers through. She communicated often, checked on the home in freezing weather, and before showings. She coordinated between all of the people involved at closing time. She was always a pleasure to speak to on the phone.

There was nothing “usual and customary” about my home purchase and home sale, yet Shea was helpful and adaptable throughout the process. Buying a house during a pandemic meant several “FaceTime” walk-throughs. I am disabled from a stroke and needed help finding a junk-hauler and a cleaning crew. Shea had stellar referrals for contractors. My buyer was not following the typical script and there were several times when my attorney had to get involved. Shea was always in my corner and knew when to step forward and when to step back. I knew I could trust Shea. And trust was key in making so many life-changing decisions.

Shea was an exceptional realtor. We were buying our first home and new to everything. Shea was very transparent and took the time to walk us through the whole process with detailed explanations every step of the way. She was also incredibly accessible, taking our phone calls all hours of the day and very patiently and knowledgeably answering all of our (many, many) questions. She made the house buying process relatively painless and negotiated expertly on our behalf so that we came away with our dream home at an incredible price. We also had a very interesting house buying process, which took almost an entire year and was full of unexpected surprises with the homes we were interested in. Shea took the time to patiently show us tons of homes over the course of the year and handled the bumps we encountered in stride. She helped us stay positive and optimistic that we would find the perfect home—and we did! We are grateful for all her help and would recommend Shea to everyone!

Shea was great to work with and very happy that I got a recommendation to utilize her experience and skills to help me find a new home in the Chicago area. Since I was moving to Chicago with limited knowledge of the area, Shea did a great job of listening to me as to what was most important to my needs as well as proximity to my office, airports and the impact that would have on my daily commute. When we finally made the choice as to the home I was interested in, she also provided valuable feedback and suggestions as to the negotiations and components of the deal that were important to me. Finally, Shea also provided me with some great connections related to my home and home furnishings that have been invaluable as I make my move to my new home.
