It all started with her mom, who made a decision to raise her instead of pursuing her own dreams. After graduating from the University of Georgia, she carried these attributes into a corporate career as an adult, enabling her to connect well with team members, and eventually move up the corporate ladder. After giving birth to her first child, however, she found herself daydreaming from her cubicle, wondering what it would be like to work her own schedule, spend more time with her family, and make as much money as she desired. With the strong encouragement and support of her husband, Shea made the decision to step into real estate, a profession which would definitely allow her all that she desired. From her very first closing, she knew she had made the right decision. She realized that buying or selling a home is “much more than a move”, and that she could help her clients make the best decisions for themselves and their families at a critical time in their lives. Today, Shea assists first time buyers & young families, using a stepping stone home investment strategy. She’s also a trusted advocate for those who are approaching or in retirement so they can downsize with confidence. Being licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, she can provide more options, from starter homes up to waterfront investments. What sets her apart is her commitment to a higher level of service, because she’s determined to put kindness back into real estate transactions. She’s proudly protective of her clients, and dedicated to helping them feel at peace in their new home.
