I would recommend Shayna Swisher without reservation!! She helped us through a very challenging purchase of our first investment property. We live out of state so not being able to see any of these homes in person was frustrating. Shayna did a lot of legwork for us checking out many possible properties and sent us pictures and videos. She drove by our purchase at night, talked with neighbors, and even coordinated quotes with contractors. Shayna is a hard worker and I am confident that she would be great for anyone else looking to purchase a home in Lafayette.
