Shayna sold all 7 within a 1.5 month time frame. She helped me set a realistic price range, coordinated all the showings which can be quite tricky with Tenants. She made sure the closing attorneys had the proper leases, security deposits etc. Basically I did nothing but show up to closings and collect checks. Her knowledge of the areas around my properties was invaluable!!
