My husband and I are first time home-buyers and when we decided we were going to buy, I knew exactly who we wanted our realtor to be. I grew up cheering with Shayli, and I've seen her killing the real estate game the last few years. I reached out and got a response almost instantly, saying that yes, she would take us on as clients. She got right to work asking us all of the things that we desired in our perfect house and what our dream location was. With all of that in mind she pulled a list of potential houses and set up viewings only a few days later. After 5 weeks of Shayli giving up nights and weekends with her family to fit our schedule, we found the one. It wasn't the home that either of us loved at first, but Shayli knew that there was something special about it for us. After living here for 4 months now, I see what Shayli saw, that we couldn't at the time. We all know that buying a home is no easy feat, especially in this market, but Shayli made it seem easy. She handled all of the documents, told us exactly what everything meant. When I still didn't get it, she sent videos explaining it all to make sure that we knew what was going down. Something that we both appreciated was Shayli's "no bullsh*t" attitude. She fought for things that she knew was right, and things that we didn't even know were a problem. She brought in the best team (inspector and signing company). She always speaks up to say what's on her mind and that's something we admire about her! We won't be in the house shopping market in the near future, but we know that when it comes time to upgrade, who our realtor choice will be! Thanks for all of your hard work Shayli! Shayli went above and beyond to make sure that this process was as stress free as possible. With the market being so high right now, she was super diligent in helping us put in good offers for both parties. Being a young couple, we didn’t have what most people were asking right now which was about 10k over the asking price but she pushed to get us a nice first home that fit our budget. I definitely would recommend Shayli as a realtor!

Shayli was everything you could hope for in a realtor and more. She was always quick to respond to our many questions, even on weekends and holidays. She is a professional with a great sense of humor and kept us positive through the whole process. She is the type of person you instantly feel comfortable talking too.
