Exceeding Expectations
Shayan went beyond expectations by investing more time and effort than other agents I have worked with. He helped me navigate the process and clarified each step along the way. The transparency allowed me to reach the ideal outcome. I have had negative experiences working with other agents who did the bare minimum to get a check, in contrast he was willing to get his hands dirty with me when repairs were needed. What I appreciated most was his genuine attitude and goal to help me over everything else, at one point he was willing to forgo half his commission to achieve that. Ultimately this lead to a great experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a property.
