Shay is absolutely fantastic! She helped me buy my first house back in 2018 and was the most patient and kind and helpful person! She handled absolutely everything and I found a house I fell in love with! Fast forward 5 years, I recently moved to a different city and decided to sell my home! I had stayed in touch with her periodically to keep an eye on the market in preparation for the move and she was so great! She handled open house on the first weekend it was listed and everything was so smooth and easy for me! I will always be so appreciative of Shay and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home around the area! Absolutely the best in the business! I will definitely be calling her if I move back to Memphis!! CALL HER!!

Shay recently helped us buy a home. We had to do a majority of the home search remotely, which was difficult, but Shay went above and beyond trying to make it as smooth as possible for us. She took time to meet with contractors when we weren't able to and took care of a number of things at the house that you wouldn't typically expect a buyer's agent to be responsible for. We unfortunately had a few difficulties with the sellers and Shay guided us through all of it and we ended up getting everything completely taken care of, something that would not have been possible without Shay. We hope we are in our forever home, but will most definitely be contacting Shay if we ever find ourselves back in the market and will be recommending her to anybody who asks.
