Shawntel recently helped us purchase a new home when we moved here from another state. I was absolutely blown away with how well she understood our needs and wants in a home before having even met us in person. I greatly appreciated her patience and helpfulness while we navigated our big move. She knows the area and the housing market very well and we were confident that we had a professional expert helping us through the entire process. Shawntel really enjoys what she does, and it shows in how well she does it. I was constantly impressed with all the small details she attended to, and her knowledge of the current market and best strategies to negotiate a great deal. There were several immediate offers for the home we purchased, and out of the several, ours stood out to the sellers, thanks to Shawntel. We have now been in our home for a month and fall in love with it more and more every day. We owe that to Shawntel and we can't thank her enough!
