She took us seriously- even though we were first time buyers with absolutely no experience, and put no pressure on us at all while we toured a bunch of different places to search for one that felt like home. She answered all our questions honestly, and was available day and night throughout the whole process to talk us through each step. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything we were signing, and even managed to negotiate a significant seller concession for some poor work done by the previous owner.
