Shawnte was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me with the process from start to finish and also with with the negotiations. She gave me tips and advice and made me feel confident with the whole process. She was always available anytime I had a question and made sure she made every appointment on time. She was flexible with my schedule and very patient, understanding and compationate. She was wonderful and i would recommend her and her company to all my friends and colleagues.

Shawnte was recommended to me by my sister in law. She had helped her to buy a house. She came to our home and sat with us for over an hour discussing our options and telling us about how she can serve use. She arrived prepared with comps in a very nice color folder (that we kept). We interviewed several other agents before choosing her. We did not feel pressured to take the highest offer. She told us the pros and cons of all the offers. The closing went very smoothly and we got our money right away. We would highly recommend her if you are selling your home.

Shawnte was amazing throughout the entire process. It took awhile for me to find a house that I could truly call home! After multiple bids, dealing with the high prices, then high mortgage rates. Shawnte was very patient and flexible with me, as I modified my home search. Even when I took a break in the search process, when I called Shawnte, she jumped back into the process like nothing ever stopped. She worked around my crazy travel schedule and made accommodations when I was away. If she didn't know the answer she always took the time and provided a timely response.
