We chose Shawnna Rigg to help us sell our Sequim property in the summer of 2024. We had a pretty good idea of the value of the property before we met with her. She did her homework and suggested the list price for the property based on the assessed value and the recent sales of comparable properties. We expressed concerns about listing early in the summer, because we didn't really want to close until the end of September. She assured us that there were probably buyers who would even prefer to have more time between making an offer and closing, so we went forward. Sure enough, there were several potential buyers who viewed the home and were willing to wait for closing. We got an offer after the first day on the market. Within a week or so, that offer fell through. However, we got a second full-price offer right away and Shawnna helped us after THAT offer was rescinded when the buyer decided she wasn't ready to sell her existing home. The third full-price offer came after Shawnna made a call to an agent who had a client that wasn't quite ready to offer during the first week on the market. Shawnna stayed involved after the third offer was accepted and made sure that the terms of the offer were being followed. We closed at the end of September and are very happy with the results!
