I would highly recommend Shawnna to assist anyone in buying or selling a property. She made the process so seamless and easy for us. She made herself available anytime we had questions, she is incredibly knowledgeable and also so personable. She is the absolute BEST of the best.
Shawna was professional and always available throughout the process.
I cannot thank Shawnna enough. She was beyond professional and helpful. We knew nothing about the buying process. Her experience guided us along the entire way. She was always patient with our ignorance. If you’re looking someone who can help find your dream home look no further. We cannot express our gratitude or happiness.
As a buyer in a hot market, I needed to make sure I was equipped with an agent that could effortlessly guide me through today’s housing terrain. She was responsive, highly organized, personable, knowledgeable, and always kept my personal needs in mind as we went through each property. She provided personal touches along the way, including a home buyer’s gift and trusted referrals to community business’s for additional needs. I am eternally grateful for being able to have her work alongside me in this process. I now have my dream home!
Shawnna is very easy to work with, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
Shawnna is an absolute wonderful realtor! From buying to selling to even finding and providing the resources needed to be prepared to do either, she’s the best! My husband was deployed while finding and purchasing our first home and he’s deployed again while selling it and she’s been wonderful every step of the way with both processes! She has amazing communication, respectful of our needs and wants when looking for our dream home, and is always looking out for our best interest! I can’t say enough about our experiences and she will always be our go to when wanting to buy or sell!
This is my second time working with Shawnna. This time working with her as a seller was easy and efficient. Knowing nothing about the real estate market Shawnna was always quick and ready to help explain things in a way I could understand to make the best choice for me. Even in moments, pre-listing, when I was freaking out Shawnna was a calm presence assuring me that everything was moving along just fine. While I don’t plan on being in the market for real estate again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and anyone in the team she works with. They are all just as friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong with Shawnna
