Shawnna was wonderful! She was very involved in every aspect of the home buying experience and made sure she clearly articulated what was going on. From showing the home to the eventual process of closing, she made sure you weren't alone. She even went as far as calling you to walk you through the online paperwork required for signing on the house and was great at answering any questions you had. No question was too small or big for her to answer and if she didn't know, she would certainly try to find out! I couldn't imagine using anyone else to help me, from my first step to my last.
