Shwani was our agent in the sale of our family's home in Geneva, Ohio. This was an estate sale and somewhat complicated because the family members lived in Alaska and Seattle, Washington . Shawni handled all aspects of this sale including repairs, boundary updates, code corrections and electrical updates. The house sold within two weeks at a price twenty thousand over asking. Shawni was very professional yet also sensitive to the family member's needs of selling a house that had been in the family for over sixty years.
