Shawni Marich is an enthusiastic, smart-working young professional real estate broker who uses a personal touch with her clients combined with attention to detail, extensive research and the latest technologies in real estate to drive results in sales and customer service. Shawni’s passion for real estate began in her senior year at John Carroll University when she joined an award-winning real estate office at The Ambrose Team, Keller Williams Realty GCNE. She quickly became a valuable asset supporting the team by managing real estate transactions and by providing all aspects of listing management, marketing, leads and sales generations. Her organizational skills improved the team’s office documentation and processes to earn The Ambrose Team an award for “2014 Most Improved for Compliance.” During her time at Keller Williams Shawni’s efforts contributed to multiple awards in excellence for her team such as: 2015 - Top team in Northeast Ohio MLS by Agent Count for Units Sold (240 units sold by a team of 3!), selling the majority of HUD owned sales in four counties. 2016 - No. 1 Team of over 180 Agents for Units Sold, 95th out of 170,000 Agents Internationally for Units Sold, and No. 1 Brokerage in Ashtabula, Lake, and Geauga Counties for Units Sold. In 2017 Shawni took her career to the next level and obtained her Ohio real estate brokerage license. She debuted Novella Realty in Austinburg, Ohio & has since grown the business, adding 6 quality agents and full-time office administrative support. That growth required additional office space, so Novella Realty is now located in Jefferson, Ohio, the County Seat of Ashtabula. As the Principal Broker and Owner of Novella Realty, Shawni has successfully overseen over 550 transactions and assisted with selling everything from large tracts of land to horse properties, lakefront properties, historical homes, estates, investment portfolios, and more. She’s worked on many sales requiring probate approval and provided lease placement services for local investors. Work on the commercial side has included selling apartment buildings, offices, land, and even some retail sales and leasing. More recent accomplishments include the following: 2018 and 2019 – Ashtabula County Broker of the Year as Voted by the Ashtabula County Board of Realtors 2021 – Top 10 Agent of the Year in the State of Ohio awarded by ratemyagent 2022 – Top Agent of the Year Award for Ashtabula County awarded by ratemyagent 2023 - Top Agent of the Year Award for Ashtabula County awarded by ratemyagent Shawni graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University. She owns a home in Austinburg, Ohio with her husband Joe, their 3 girls and their golden retriever, Cooper.

Don't go with anyone else
