Seeing Shawna during showings was exciting for my kids because she made finding a home fun. When we finally found the perfect home, we were set to to close on our Vineyard house one day and move into the new house the next. But minutes after our house closed we learned the sellers of our new home couldn’t go through with the sale. It was devastating. With nowhere to go, we were overwhelmed. Thanks to Shawna’s persistence, we didn’t have to worry. She worked tirelessly to secure the home, even arranging for us to move in before closing and negotiating a better price than expected. Her positivity, dedication, and problem-solving were lifesaving. Shawna’s guidance helped us land exactly where we’re meant to be.
