As a first time home buyer, my fiancé and I had no clue where to begin! We tried for months on our own and every time we found a place we liked, it was already sold before we even had a chance to see it in person or even consider putting an offer on the table. We finally decided to begin working with a realtor (Shawna) and within two days we placed and offer on a house, it was accepted, and we began our moving process! She was so quick to respond to us, no matter the time of day. We would send her addresses of places we liked and within hours she would have booked us a time to walk through. On our second day of looking, she had already shown us at least five or six houses, we went home with every intention of being done for the night and then a new listing popped up. We called her at 8:30pm on a week night and she met us to show the house that we ended up buying (wet hair, lounge clothes, and all!) That just goes to show how dedicated she is to her clients. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us to feel at ease throughout the entire home buying process.
