We had tried to sell our house a couple of times before, each time using “top” local agents. But the house didn’t sell (one of them recommended burying a statue of St Mary in the back yard as a solution - that did not help). Finally, we found Shawna Terry, and she was so much more effective and we got two good offers in just a few days. She also handled lots of complicated details, inspections, repairs, etc since we are out of state. She was also knowledgeable, easy to work with and responsive. Overall, I’d highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling a house in Napa Valley.
