As a first time buyer I had a million questions and was on the fence for picking an agent randomly online . But Shawna followed up consistently and continually gave me information that I wasn’t even thinking of that I decided to work with her . She made looking at homes easy with my schedule and was never pushy, just wanted me to be happy with the home I selected . She helped show me the value of the home compared to others and had great recourses for inspectors, attorneys, lenders, and even people to repair a few things the sellers wouldn’t . This is my starter home and I love it and will be calling Shawna and her team when we are ready for our forever home !

Extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable about the area and how houses have been selling. She is readily available for her clients. She responds quickly to your phone calls, emails or texts. She has many contacts such as lawyers and brokers etc to assist if you need them.

Shawna is very open and communicative. She responds to any question the buyer/seller may have. If she doesn't have the answers she gets them quickly. We have bought/sold three times with Shawna and she has done a fantastic job every time!
