Shawna was excellent! I was a first-time home buyer and the first weekend we went out to look at houses we found a house and I put an offer on it. My bid was accepted and the rest is history. Shawna has a lot of experience. She knows the area well, was very responsive and did a great job negotiating with the seller's agent. The process was really easy, we closed in 14 days and she even set me up with an excellent loan officer who helped me secure a great loan. I highly recommend Shawna!
