Shawna was referred to me via someone else. She was great in the beginning. She checked up on me until I got my pre-approval. I ended up going with someone else, initially. And decided to end that contract and work with Shawna. I regret doing that!! From the very first day we met, the energy was off. She was polite. But I didn't vibe with her at all. That should've been my queue right then. It's almost as if she felt some type of way that I didn't start with her to begin with. I continued to work with her. She showed me homes of course. But who wouldn't to get that commission check when it's all said and done? And that's why I feel she stuck around. I was just a number. I eventually closed. No congrats on my closing. And I'm sure she purposely missed my closing. I mean, who ends up in traffic on a day of closing that was known a WEEK in advance?! Her associate was there in place of her. And she was VERY pleasant. I wish she was my realtor instead. This is my experience with her. And I have no plans on referring her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

There aren't enough words to describe the service my husband and I received from Shawna! She was very professional and tended to my needs whether it was morning noon or night and she LISTENED to our needs and helped us find the perfect home for us! I'm so glad she was our realtor! She also sold our previous home during the same time we were looking at our new home!
