I just have to say, Shawn has been the best realtor my husband and I have EVER worked with. I came to him with several expectations going into the sale of our home in McMinnville, and he surpassed every one of them. My husband and I have bought and sold a number of homes and he has by far been the best and most professional we’ve worked with. Shawn made sure that once we decided to sell and move forward on the process with him, that our home was live the week we decided, with extremely professional photos all before we went live, and once we did we had not ONE but TWO offers in 48 hours! One of which STARTED and CLOSED in 3 weeks!!!!! We plan to buy again in about a year and he will be the first point of contact to move forward with a new buy! What a great home purchase experience! Shawn was incredibly helpful in getting us connected with all of the information we needed to quickly review the home and make an offer. And then, less than 30 days from the time we made an offer to us actually taking ownership of the home. He also connected us with a mortgage broker and a home inspector that we were very pleased with. This whole purchase went very smoothly because we realized right away that he was straightforward and responsive.
