He definitely made time for us and always got back to us quickly with any questions or concerns we had. It was like working with a friend from start to finish, he got to know our preferences quickly and would let us know he was listening by pointing things out as we walked through that we had mentioned at prior properties, etc. When we did finally find our home, he was by our side every step of the way and made sure we were satisfied with our decision.
