I have always rented because I didn't think I could either afford a home of my own, or navigate the process (which I had heard was very painful). I met Shawn as she was looking at the house I was renting for possible sale. Since I thought the place I was in was going to be sold, she helped me begin the process of looking for a home of my own. My biggest issue was fear that I was beeing "taken in" but Shawn completely dissipated that fear for me! Her honesty and immediate response were very helpful, and comforting to me. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy, or sell a house/home.
