Market knowledge, responsive to questions, extremely helpful in contract negotiations. 5 stars for Shawn and Denise Simmons. Shawn and Denise Simmons made our dream home purchase possible!!!!!

Shawn Simmons was an amazing realtor. This was my first time buying a house and I knew next to nothing about how it worked. Shawn kept me updated, told me exactly what to fill out, who to send it to and where to meet. All information I could possibly want was provided by him. He set up showings very quickly and found me the perfect house in just a couple days. I highly recommend using Shawn Simmons as your next realtor.
