Buying with Shawn is the Best. We were blessed when Zillow connected us to Shawn, he was extremely knowledgeable when we weren't. He's sympathetic when the process makes you crazy (If he doesn't get there first.) We didn't know what to expect when starting the process of buying our first home, but Shawn went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. When he says he works overtime, he means it. We were astonished by the amount of work and effort he put in. He cares about his clients and he proves it. We made our decisions but he made sure they were informed and in our best interest by asking us what our goals were at the very start. He made sure we knew he really cared. Buying with Shawn was the best!

We have worked with Shawn twice now. The first time was in 2020 at the peak of Covid. We were first time home buyers with very little knowledge of what we needed to buy a home. Shawn was there every step of the way to provide guidance or just listen to my cry/complain about how stressed I was. Our lender took over 75 days to get to closing because of the unknowns of the pandemic, but we did it & it would not have been possible with Shawn’s help!! Three years later (in the middle of planning our wedding) we found a home on Lake Chatuge that we just had to see & immediately knew we’d be giving Shawn a call to see if selling our old home & buying a new one would be a possibility. Within just a few days we were under contract with the lake house & had our home in Young Harris listed! He gave us so many pointers on simple things that we could do to make our home look better & have more buyer interested without breaking the bank. We ended up selling our home over asking price because of him! Shawn has gone above & beyond for us more times than we can count, and we consider him part of our crazy family now! He’s checked in on our pets for us when we were out of town & even attended our wedding in October. We have truly cannot thank Shawn enough for helping us buy our dream home ❤️

We drove through Blairsville on our summer vacation and fell in love. During Christmas we had time off and called the realtor to make an appointment. We choose this realtor since it is on Ernest St and my Husband’s name is Ernest. Totally enjoyed Shawn’s knowledge of the area and even thought the lots we wanted to see where no good he agreed to show us and than he should us a few of his and wham found our retirement lot.

Shawn did a great job. He is very professional and communicates with people at an excellent level. So happy we chose him to sell our property.

He kept me informed throughout the process from start to finish and made sure my interests came first throughout the entire transaction. There are an over abundance of real estate agents in the North Georgia area but I can assure you that Shawn is one of the best.
