Was so very accommodating with assisting my 87 year old mother. He was excellent at making time to meet at her total convenience. Very knowledgeable and professional but had the added touch of compassion. He not only sold it he sold it for more than asking and it was done in 3 days! My mom's biggest concern was not having to continue to pay monthly bills plus property taxes this fall. No worries at all with that!! She was unable to attend the closing so I was her POA. He requested the forms before closing to ensure closing was a snap. Will contact him when we are ready to sell. Oh did I mention the house was in Edgewater? Great guy to drive all the way from Ormond to sell it. I picked him from following his Daytona Cars and Coffee he just had a warm friendly personality that I thought my mom would like. Yep she sure did and she isn't an easy woman to please!! Thanks Shawn you made my life so much easier making mom happy.
