Not here to blow smoke but our realtor was really good we've used him twice. We found the house we were looking for after quite a lot of searching, a realtor went in and out of houses when we couldn't make it to tell us if it was a chicken coop or actually livable. He was honest person when request of what we asked of him. Once we found the house that we were excited about he went to Great lengths to make sure that it would happen.
