My wife and I contacted Shawn Poole, Snap Realty, to assist us in finding a house that met our needs and budget. A day later, Mr. Poole was in contact and informed us that he had several listings to show. Later that afternoon, he picked us up at our house and we were off looking at potential homes. All the listings he prepared were what we wanted in location, price, and amenities. We decided on a house that was a "Short" sale and Mr. Poole walked us through the process and explained that it could take some time, but to be patient.
