Zero Stress Sale!
Shawn is phenomenal at finishing the deal. I was stressed about a life change and the baggage that comes along with a move, but Shawn managed everything from showings to potential buyers questions that needed addressed flawlessly. Communication was great even on Sundays. Definitely was worth the modest commission and even worked with me on payment to ease my financial burden.
