We interviewed Shawn as well as other local realtors within the Parrish area that have been selling homes in Harrison Ranch. We felt the most comfortable with Shawn as he had extensive experience and was very prepared. Shawn priced out our home on the high end of the market. (15k higher than two others recommended!) We listed our home in 2/2020 and of course it was gang busters, we had the perfect contract in a week. Shawn also found us the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood (we were VERY picky). We actually were out of the country and he took care of business for us. All was going perfectly and then COVID 19 hit.... We lost our contract on our sale to a pandemic related job loss and both my wife and I began to get cold feet. Shawn was adamant about us staying in the market and trusting the process. Low and behold, we got a contract 1k below our market setting price in the midst of one of the biggest economic collapses in 40 years. Fast forward to now, my wife and I are in our dream home and a wonderful family is in our newly sold home. We couldn’t be more grateful for Shawns professionalism and expertise.
