Shawn made great suggestions to make the house more marketable. He handled the contractor and cleaning work that needed to be done. He even paid invoices that we reimbursed him for. He provided coverings for shoes in a vase at the front door to potential buyers so they didn’t ruin the carpet. He provided names of firms that could help with the removal of furniture from the house.
Shawn went above and beyond to insure that the sale of my 90 year old Dad’s home went as smoothly as possible. He took care of every detail from hiring the electrician, the cleaner, the plumber and the contractor to putting shoe covers in a vase by the front door so potential buyers didn’t ruin the carpet. He also provided the names of firms that could buy/ recycle my Dad’s furniture.

I've seen Shawn in action many times (since he's my husband :)) BUT honestly didn't appreciate just how much he takes on himself to handle personally for ALL of his clients. Even though I was already out of the property and really didn't HAVE to sell, it was very stressful, with timing, weather, repairs. I always hear Shawn on the phone with other clients and he is excellent at handling ALL the issues and reducing stress.
