Shawn was a pleasure to work with! From my home photo shoot to closing day, he was accessible and guided me throughout the process of selling my home. My home was on the market for 24hrs - and Shawn handled things swiftly and attentively to ensure I would be happy with the offer. The process could not have gone any smoother and I’m so grateful that I had him on my team!
I must say this was the smoothest transaction I have ever had. Shawn was not only knowledgeable but very informative. He was always available for any questions I had. There were more than 10 offers for the house I wanted but Shawn was able to show the seller that my offer was the best! Thank you once again Shawn! I will definitely use you in the future
Shawn went out of his way to get my house sold. He did numerous open houses and he even helped with the staging. This was my fourth sale with him and I wouldn't use anyone else.
Shawn hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
