Shawn represented me recently as a buyer's agent for my new home purchase, and I also had two parcels of land listed with him. Not only did my land sell quickly, he made the whole process of the sale of my land and purchase of my new home as stress free as it could possibly be. Shawn is the best! Knowledgeable, tolerant, patient, persistent, dedicated and determined. My home purchase was a lengthy process. Searching for the right one, in the right location. Losing out to cash buyers. Sometimes I swore Shawn was more disappointed at those losses than I was. I just figured it wasn’t the one, but Shawn seemed to be living my dream with me and was just as determined as I was to make it happen. He guided me through every step.
