I was very happy with our experience. Once we found the home I liked we closed within 30 days. Shawn showed skill and knowledge when explaining the process step by step. We are grateful!!!

I had been renting our home for over 10 years. Its the house my kids were born and raised in so the space meant so much to my family. I was fortunate enough to have Shawn for a realtor. He made the process smooth, explained to me every step thoroughly, was in constant contact with me with helpful tips on paperwork or just to make sure I wasn't too stressed out about the buy. He's a good guy and a great realtor. I'd use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property. It's easier with Shawn.
