Epic! From start to finish. I am a first time home buyer and was unbelievably thankful to be referred to Shawn by a mutual friend. Originally introduced to him as the "House Boat Guru" but that title pales in comparison to the TRUE REAL ESTATE GURU that he is! Shawn is not only knowledgeable on floating homes, but navigates the ins and outs of HOA's, offers, escalations, the psychology behind sellers and agents with grace and expertise. I basically cannot wait to send anyone and everyone I know to Shawn - as they will be forever appreciative to meet him - just like I am.
