Shawn is funny, friendly, on time, knowledgeable of how real estate works. He is also available, he was quick to respond to our questions, and work around our schedule to see houses. I think Shawn went out of his way to help us find the home we were looking for even if it wasn't in his best interest. Thanks Sahwn.
I think Shawn is great! From the time we listed with him, he was always available to show the property or answer questions from prospective buyers. He was constantly in contact with us letting us know about offers or questions people had. If I am ever in need for an agent again I hope he is still available. He will be the first one I call.

If you are looking for someone who knows their job will make sure you are well taken care of, he's your guy. He won't allow anyone to put you in a bad position. He will keep you very informed and help guide you through any issues you may have. He is EXTREMELY patient and is DEFINITELY a no pressure agent. I know this for a fact because my file with him is close to (if not more than) 6 inches thick. YOU'LL NEVER BE PRESSURED! If the agents on the other side are shady, he is definitely not afraid to protect his client and keep their best interests as his priority. I am a disabled veteran and he has taken care of me, without fail. I know everyone likes their real estate agents but this guy is, without a doubt, genuine.
My 86 year old mother knew it was time to move out of the house my dad and her had built over 55 years ago. It was a very emotional experience and not without it's ups and downs. My mother had high regards for Shawn and could trust him to guide her along the way. Shawn also kept me promptly updated as the process took place even though I live approximately 675 miles away.

i live in Danville Virginia. And I have been working with Mr Faye since around May of 2013 on finding me a house in New Albany Indiana. with his help i was able to find the perfect house for me in New Albany. He is listens to you on what you need/ want and goes out of his way to find that perfect house. Even though i am still living in Virginia waiting for my house to sell here. He goes out of his way to keep me up dated on things in Indiana. I just wish the realtors in Danville VA. where at least have as good as him.
