Shawn recently helped me sell a property, he not only found a solid buyer, but he was an excellent negotiator, and really was instrumental in getting the deal closed. He responds very quickly to emails and phone calls, and really stays on top of the deal. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling any type of property, including investment properties of all types.

I would highly recommend Shawn! He is the best

I would highly recommend Shawn! He is the best. The sale of our condo- from signing our listing papers to closing escrow- took less than 30 days and we sold for more than we hoped. Shawn properly prepared us for what to expect and was always on time to every meeting. He is exceptionally professional and knows the market very well! Overall, Shawn made this process very smooth for my wife and I and we couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Shawn to everyone.
