The process has gone fairly smoothly.

I found the property I wanted and asked Shawn to sell it to me. Most things seem to have gone well. COX (wifi) is not performing well, but that's not the agent's fault. Several things were broken before I took possession of the property and no one assumes responsibility for them. Everything major works well. I will be happier when my agent is able to sell my property so I can pay back the loan I took out to purchase this one.
