Shawn took on a huge task when he decided to work with me. I loved my home, my neighborhood and the town of Safety Harbor. After five years of living alone in 3,000 square feet plus a yard and pool, I just didn't want to have to deal with all of it anymore. My daughter recommended Shawn. He started by showing many villas and some homes in the area. Many of them had all kinds of social things to do. Those neighborhoods didn't appeal. We worked together for about six months. All during the process he was very upbeat and encouraging. I was discouraged but he stayed positive. At one point I asked him to give me addresses and that I would look at the neighborhood first to determine whether I wanted to see inside. As we all know, the market is crazy and houses are already gone before you even can get in to see them. For me that was daunting. How can you buy a house after seeing it for 15 minutes? Had wonderful pictures taken and the house sold right away--sight unseen. Shawn was easy to work with, professional, encouraging, and not pushy.
