First time going through Zillow for a local Realtor. I could not be happier that I did. Shawn listened me, he asked questions, he was responsive and most of all he anticipated what I wanted and got it!! YES!! I forgot something in the deal and he made sure that it was there. Now, we are even in talks of him representing me for my next buy in the Killeen area. Also, if Shawn can't answer your question, he will find out for you and call you back. Just really, really nice, professional and knows the area. UPDATE: Shawn helped my buy a home 3 mo after the buying of this said land in this review. Again, top notch work, negotiating skills and professionalism. Will use them again for sure.
