Shawn and Tiffany were approachable, attentive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and took the time to walk us through the entire process. I can NOT thank the Danley Team enough for the excellent service. The entire experience from start to finish was stress free, I HIGHLY recommend this amazing team!
Shawn and Tiffany are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable every step of the way in the home buying process. We found them from their very informative and enjoyable videos. They were quick to respond to questions or concerns. When the home builder was hard to reach, they made sure we got the information we needed. We moved from Alaska to Arizona and they stepped in for us when we couldn’t be present in the construction phase . They sent video updates that really helped us see how the house was coming along. They gave us lots of helpful suggestions about the area, where to hike, things to do… and made us feel very welcomed to our new hometown. We asked for suggestions on pest control, plumber, ceiling fans… and they always had some good suggestions. They also came to the walk through and were great at catching little things that needed to be addressed. During the process, we had confidence in their opinions and knowledge in so many areas… garage door openers, flooring, you name it, they were quick to get back to us with answers and suggestions. We have moved several times and the Danleys are by far the most friendly and helpful realtors we have had. They took a lot of stress out of the process and helped everything go smoothly. They are about 10 stars out of 5!

The Danley’s are patient, diligent, professional, and invaluable experts. Early in our Prescott search, we were all over the map in what we thought we wanted. Shawn and Tiffany took us to all areas of interest and helped to trim areas and home types under consideration. They also patiently waited while we prepped and sold our prior home. When we were ready to buy, Shawn and Tiffany again took us to the homes we liked online. However, they also took us to some newly built homes that really met the aspects we were looking for. That is what we bought. Shaw and Tiffany were invaluable in advising through the new construction inspection and contract T’s and C’s.
Shawn and Tiffany are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and helpful answering our questions and advising us on important decisions. They set our expectations realistically while remaining consistently positive and optimistic. When necessary, they make the extra effort to research and resolve potential issues. They also work well with the other agents in a transaction.
After searching for a couple years on my own, we hired the Danleys who made the complexities of a large 40 ac parcel so much easier. We quickly eliminated areas and targeted Sierra Verde Ranch as our home away from home! Highly recommend The Danleys!

We had a great experience working with the Danley team. We gave them a difficult challenge to sell vacant land. They kept going until they made the sale happen. I know this is not as easy as selling a home. We will definitely go back to the Danley's the next time we want to buy or sell in this area. I think one of the things that seperates them from other agents is their communication and attitude. Every time I had a question they responded in a very timely manner. I know they have also worked with other neighbors of our who would say the exact same thing. A1 rating from us.
The Danley's Made Our Home Buying Experience AWESOME! We gave the Danley's a list of criteria including things would consider and those we would not. They prepared a list of homes for us to visit that fit our criteria and some that were outside it.It's been a very long time since we went home shopping. We asked the Danley's for opinions and advice. They were honest and in a couple instances strongly discouraged us from homes that would pose too much work and money to improve.I can't say enough about how helpful the Danley's were in the home buying process for us.
