Shawn had the persistence and knowledge to constantly search for the right home for me. I believe he would have gone on indefinitely if I hadn’t found something. Excellent skills in getting my home sold with a satisfactory price.

Although we were hesitant to put our house on the market in the off-season (October), Shawn convinced us it was the right path to take, and we have not regretted that decision. He helped us prepare the house and did a great job of marketing it as well. Although we originally set our price higher than his considerable analysis justified, in the end his original estimated sales price was right on the mark. The house was under contract in 18 days, but we had expected it to take months since it was winter. He spent an enormous amount of time keeping the process on track, as there were multiple obstacles to overcome, but we closed on the exact date that the seller had put in their original offer.
