My experience was easy even through the stages of difficulty. Let me start by saying I knew I was dealing with someone that was serious about her profession when she started to me "I don't believe in setting someone up for failure". I was ready to hit the ground running to see houses. I didn't have a lender and no clue how much we qualified for. Shawn was honest but gently stern in saying your not ready. At first I was mad, but when I thought about what she said.. It made sense. Shawn was very knowledgeable, flexible, kind, honest and caring throughout this process. I was amazed at her knowledge about how to get started by finding a lender, the foundation of the houses, the laws about cutting down certain trees, paint choices, remodeling tips, and places to find bargains on basically everything. We appreciated her honesty on choosing a home within our budget, making sure we really felt at easy with the house before making an offer, the laws on our rights if we walked away after our offer was accepted.
